join french general and summerland mercantile for a special day 

saturday, november 26th

learn how to build an indigo dye vat as well as create pattern on natural fibers, using japanese shibori techniques. students will receive a specially curated bundle of vintage textiles to turn noble blue.

the workshop will be held at saddlerock garden - an organic, sustainable and eco conscious farm located on 1100 pristine acres of the saddlerock ranch, nestled into the hills of malibu. it is also home to stanley the giraffe, as well as camel, zebra, and water buffalo and 90 acres of wine grapes!

includes farm to table lunch and all dyeing materials. 
students are free to bring their own natural fibers to dye as well - wool, silk, hemp, linen or cotton
vintage textile shop will be open all day!
