Keto wine with wine vinegar.
I’m not sure what the point of keto is but I’m just going to go ahead and say it anyway.
This keto vinegar recipe is a keto version of one I shared in my Keto Keto Cookbook in January.
The red wine and vinegar combination has a very pleasant taste and aroma, which is quite unique.
Ketogenic food is all about eating foods with minimal carbohydrates, but with a high-fat diet.
That means a lot of fat, which has a number of negative health effects.
And if you’re looking to keep your carb intake under 20 grams per day, this keto red wine recipe is ideal.
When I started keto, I had never had wine vinegar before.
But when I started this recipe, I was blown away by the quality and flavor.
A great recipe, one I would never have guessed would become my daily staple.
Here are the keto keto ingredients: 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar1/2 cup red wine (I used a Côte de Ligne, but any wine will do)1/4 cup sugar2 Tbsp coconut oil1 tsp red wine yeast 1 Tbsp water1 Tbsp honey1/3 cup rice vinegar1 Tsp honey2 Tsp olive oil, for drizzling (optional)1 cup cooked rice or pasta (I like to use one large rice dish)3/4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes (optional, but good to have)1 Tbs.
fresh cilantro (optional )1 Tbl.
finely grated fresh mint leaves or cilantro leaves, for garnish, if desired2 cups cooked chicken (optional)*This recipe makes 2 cups of wine vinegar (about 2 cups) which is a lot more than I would ever want to eat in one sitting.
You can buy the vinegar in stores or online.
However, I’ve found that buying at least half an ounce of liquid can make a big difference.
If you have a smaller amount of liquid, you can buy about a cup of vinegar.
